Scam call - knew my name and that I was a customer with Eir. They "had exciting new offers" and the connection was very poor. I told them to call back. The caller was very pushy and said "it was only a short call".

Unsolicited call, claiming to be from Eir, knew my name and address - asked me to confirm address, I told her I wasn't expecting call and was not comfortable confirming anything. Said she'll leave a note on my account and call ended. Still unsure whether this was a scam or not.
