Muffled call, hard to hear, felt like a scam. (Telemarketer) reported by Emma
Very hard to hear, sounded like a very bad connection but landline number came up on the phone. Got the feeling it was a scam. Google search of the number has it linked to unsolicited calls from Virgin but not their usual customer care number.
