amazon .... prime member. waited all day for parcel. get an email saying attempt at delivery failed. been waiting all day. no knock. no buzzer. no nothing. now coming monday when im at work. needless to say .. prime membership cancelled!!! im done!!! ask if u want a call back but when they call u answer and the line goes dead! fuming!
