They called saying i owe money to prepay power. I told them I thought it was a scam and that prepay could contact me directly. They theen hung up

Like one of the above who answered.When I told them that they should already have my information and I refuse to give it out over the phone,they ended the call.

I was concerned about the emails and phonecalls so accepted a call. They said they were a debt collection service and asked me to confirm my account details. I asked 'What account' and they refused to tell me on data protection grounds!! I refused to give them any further information for the same reason and explained that the call sounded like a scam and they ended the call. Was rung and emailed again later and blocked the email and phone again

CMOS Debt Collection showed up as caller (Silent call) reported by Helen
CMOS Debt Collection showed up as SMART ID even though I do not have their number saved in my phone or owe any money. When I answered the call it was silent, I said Hello after 5 seconds and having received no response by 8 seconds I hung up. I have now blocked the number

They try to get you to give your details . Ignore all texts . Just another scam making you pay for the call . If you owe someone money they will ring the phone day and night not send a bs text

Called me but couldnt confirm the details of the call so i hung up. Been getting messages to call them back but no reason, reference number given so i have them blocked.

Rang number back. Gave reference number they wouldn't tell me what it was about so I didnt give them any information about myself. They should be able to tell me what it's in relation to. Very annoyed .
