Caller offered mortgage interest overcharges on an old mortgage account. They had incorrect information to start with and I didn't reveal any further info, just hung up.

Centralised CLI for Ulster Bank. It is legitimate call. Was my branch banker following up on some information for mortgage. They immediately emailed me after the missed call stating it was them who tried to call from that number. Don't listen to the people stating it is a scam number. They are simply mistaken.

Got a call from this number. Lady said she was from Ulster Bank and wanted to speak to me regarding recent transactions. I decided it best to call Ulster Bank myself who then confirmed the call was from one of their staff.

I missed the call twice. I do have an account with UB, so from scanning down all of your Reviews, I assume someone knows legitimately or not I bank with UB. I tried the number from my mobile and also from a work landland. The number does NOT take calls. But if it rings again, I want to pick up, as Im now intrigued. I'll keep you posted on what happens

Caller said from Ulster Bank at 8.45am asking to speak to "****" who is my son, when I said he wasn't here. But I asked what it was about & he told me it was to do with transactions on card ending with "****" last digits of card. Thats when I realised it's a scam as bank would never give another person details like that

I called Ulster Bank Fraud Department and they told me that this number is not associated with Ulster Bank. They said if they call again just cut the call.

Legit number. All calls from Ulster Bank landlines come via this central number. Ask a Staff member to ring you from their landline if ypu want proof. Nothing further to expand on.

Caller pretended to be Ulster Bank calling about my account. I hung up on the caller as they did not seem genuine. I then called Ulster Bank customer service who confirmed that it was not genuine as they would always call using a blocked number and no calls had been made to me that day.
