Didn't answer but received an email from PayPal about working capital within 10 seconds of the call so pretty sure it is a genuine PayPal call.

Nope - I work for paypal, this is fraudsters number. Its not paypal !

Same as above, missed call but email instantly received from PayPal about working capital which is something i have looked at before.

It is genuinely PayPal Working Capital, spoke to them on the same number not long ago. Basically offering a loan that you repay by PayPal deducting a percentage from your PayPal income until it is repaid, it's not a scam, I've used it before and recieved this call after looking at it again
