Suddenly, out the blue, I get a call purporting to be from Dell and the woman said she was now my business account manager and was there to help me with all my needs. Never have I had a call from Dell before. I put the phone down on her. No company of Dell's calibre is going to make that sort of call, particularly to someone of whom they have no evidence I run a business. It's a scam. And if it isn't, I would expect an email announcing their intention. It's a scam.
