Was a Vodafone customer care number. Called 1907 to confirm (Company) reported by


Got many calls from this number never answered since I was worried of a scam, after I answered they asked for a verification code from Vodafone which I didn’t trust Incase they were trying to get into my account. Called Vodafone’s 1907 customer care to ask and they confirmed it was their number but that I could make the account changes on the website if I so wished instead of over the phone

I applied fror fibre to home on vodafone's website. Day later I get a call asking or these details and to provide my UAN. I said I didn;t have and he would call the next day. There were clear background noises and wind so it did not seem like a professional call and I will not be giving him anymore details.
