A man, with the exact same accent rang me. Said he was from sky. He proceeds to ask questions that in the days of scam calls, screamed for me to hang up. I did, then the usual 2nd call back arrived and I ignored it.

Person rang me from Sky allegedly. Asked me to confirm name and full address. I did that. Then asked for my password - I said I was not willing to share that - alarm bells straight away. He said he needed it to access my account - I told him that he rang me, so he should have access to my account - and that I was not willing to share any more information. Surely when a company rings your mobile like this, they should provide some information to prove who they are. I got a follow up email from Sky which appears to show that the call was genuine - however this was after the event. I am aware that modern technology now allows scammers to put calls through on numbers that look like they are coming from the likes of Sky - but are indeed fraudulent.

Sky sales repeated calling after I told them to remove my number (Robocall) reported by


Robo system calls waiting for you to say hello then they put you through to a sales agent who will try to sell you sky packages, last one accused me of weanting stuff for free when they called me. I told trhem to remove my number but they still call me every other day. Sky is a spam company and I will be reporting them to ofcom.
